The height and width set the total dimensions of the iframe that will be produced. You can select distances to be shown in miles of km and the type of map tiles on which the route will be displayed. The 'show notes' checkbox allows you to display the route's notes as an overlay on the map. If the 'show graph' checkbox is selected the elevation graph for the route will be displayed below the map. Once you've entered your option simply copy'n'paste the code into your website.

Graph

If the route already has elevation data associated with it, the elevation graph will be shown by default. The graph controls allow the elevation & gradient graphs to be shown and hidden. It also allows the elevation data to be refreshed using Google's elevation service. If the graphs are shown but there is no elevation data associated with the route the elevation data will be refreshed automatically.

The graph itself has tabs which allow the elevation data to be shown as elevation vs distance, or gradient vs distance.

Preferences

You may chose whether or not to show the distance markers on the graph.

Distance may be show in miles or km and energy in kJ of kcal.

The weight value should be given in kg and is used in the calculation of energy used.
