• Individual adult sprint triathlon - 750m swim, 12mile bike, 5km run
• Relay adult sprint triathlon - Relay leg registration+team name registration) 750m swim 12mile bike 5km run
• Junior triathlon Age 13-15 400m swim, 10k bike, 2.5k run - Age 13-15 400m swim 10km bike 2.5km run
• Triathlon-Junior triathlon Age 11-12 200m swim 5km bike 1.5km run - Age 11-12 200m swim 5km bike 1.5km run
• Puppy aquathlon Age 9-10 - Age 9-10 100m swim 1km run
• Puppy aquathlon Age 5-8 - Age 8 & under 50m swim, 1km run

Description

Sprint Distance Triathlon - draft legal - NO TT bikes!

The swim will take place at Jaws Beach 750m 

The bike will be 2 clockwise loops of the Albany/Clfton loop - 12 mile

The run will be 2 loops on the road  - 5k total

Junior triathlon Age 13-15 (400m swim 10km bike 2.5km run)

Junior triathlon Age 11-12 (200m swim, 5km bike 1.5km run)

Puppy aquathon Age 9-10 (100m swim 1km run)

Puppy aquathon Age 8 & under (50m swim 1km run)

Event details and schedule

0600 : Adult check in and transition area opens, chip timing handout.

0655: Adult pre-race briefing, course and rules

0650: Transition area closes

0700: Individual Race Start Men

0702: Individual Race Start Women

*Relays will start with the individuals depending on the sex of the swimmer

0815: Junior tri timing chip handout

0845 Awards ceremony - sprint

0900: Junior Triathlon  Age 13-15 starts

1000: Junior Triathlon Age 11-12 starts

1010:Puppy aquathon timing chip handout

1030: Puppy Aquathlon 9-10 Starts

1100: Puppy Aquathlon 8 & under starts 

1130 Awards ceremony

1145: Raffle Draw
