SwimThe CAPEX triathlon provides a swim experience that has never been seen before.  Watch as the 739th Bridge Company from Granite City, Il builds your platform before your eyes.  Board the IRB and start your journey.  Whether you dive or jump, your race experience is one of a kind!!

Bike:  With quiet country scenery and the flat roadways the Illinois countryside is famous for, CAPEX offers a single shot loop for your ride to catch as  much of the view as possible while speeding along smooth surfaces on quiet rural highways!

Run:  Run along the spillway for a view that can only be seen to be adequately described.  Whether you are under quiet tree cover or running past the rushing water on the opposite side of the dam as gulls chase fish, your run will be filled with sights and sounds to keep you entertained without losing your focus on the finish line!!

We recommend that you arrive at least 1 hour before the race starts to check in, get your race markings and set up your gear in the transition.
