The Downtown Dunedin 2019 St. Patrick's Day 5K And Street Party

  • Running-Kid's Dash ( From ages infant to 12 years old the distance will be set appropriately) - Children from infant to 12 years old can participate in this fun dash


Friends join us for the Annual St. Patrick’s Day 5K which in 2019 will be hosted in DOWNTOWN Dunedin on Saturday, March 16, 2019, in conjunction with the closed street party!! Our 5K run or walk will begin at 10 a.m. from Weaver Park so that it leads you directly into the downtown street party with your amazing DUNEDIN finisher's medal.  We encourage you to wear your best green outfit where you enjoy a post race party like no other in the closed down streets of historic downtown Dunedin, FL USA.

Children who have registered for the kids DASH RUNS will be gathered under the pavilion at 9:20 a.m. where we will begin from our youngest accompanied by Mom or Dad in a fun run around the park ending with our final wave of older kids. Each child will receive a finishers medal. 


Hotel suggestions are the Holiday Inn on Broadway or The Beso Sel Sol Resort on the Dunedin Waterfront

This is a sellout race so please do not anticipate race day registration the price increases with every 100 registrants so we encourage you to register early all of our races benefit "Finish Lines For Scholarships" 501c3.

The 2019 Dunedin St. Patrick's Day 5K will sell out prior to race month as these are a one of kind finisher's medal celebrating one of the best towns in the state of Florida! The 5K is the only distance being offered and it will begin from Weaver Park at 10 a.m. please park dowtown as it is a short walk to race start and parking will be very difficult when the street party opens at 11 a.m. An email will go out late race week with very detailed information that will help you with arrival and parking.

The celebration is HUGE! Therefore, we suggest all those that have been emailed your bib number assignment (meaning you made it into the event), should park in downtown as these will be the desirable parking spaces on event day. Bring the friends and family and stay as long as you like! This comes with a whole day of entertainment and is known for group registrations which means that the race can sell out much quicker than you might expect and and by permit we cannot make exceptions to allow more registrantions after we reach capacity.
