Earlybird registration through 3/19 11:59pm is $20 for age 18 and under, and seniors 65 and up; $25 for ages 19-64. Registration 3/20 through Race day is $30 for age 18 and under, and seniors 65 and up; $35 for ages 19-64.
Medals for top three winners male and female ages 12 & under, 13-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & over. You must stay for the awards ceremony to get your medal. Top overall winners get a medal and a pint of local maple syrup.
The Sap Run 5K is the annual fundraiser for Helderberg Hilltowns Association, whose mission is to promote and support local farms, small businesses and organizations in the Albany County Hilltowns of Berne, Knox, Rensselaerville and Westerlo. Your support is very much appreciated.
Sap Run 5K start time is 10 am; registration/sign-in begins at 9:15am. This year, sign-in/registration will be at the lower level of the Town Hall - follow the signs.
