Early Packet Pickup

Get a jump start on the event...come to Early Packet Pickup!

We'll be at Academy Sports at the Collections on Friday 2/22 from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm.  You can stop in and get your bib & shirt...then you'll be all set for race morning.

Entry Fee & Registration

• 5K
  • Regular (through Feb. 4)...$30
  • Last minute (through race start)...$35
  • All 5K participants registered by 2/4 are guaranteed a short sleeve tech shirt or racer back tank in their size.  We'll order extra's but registrations after that will recieve shirts while supplies last.
  • Special Price for student aged participants (ID required)...Save $5 (discount taken at checkout)

• Fun Run
  • All Fun Registrations are $10
  • Fun Run registration does NOT include a shirt, but you will have the option to purchase one.

WHAT IS CASA?

COURT APPOINTED SPECIAL ADVOCATES (CASA) of Forsyth County works to serve abused children by advocating for each child to have a safe, loving, and permanent home.

Timing, Awards, & Shirts

The races will be chip timed, and awards will be given out as follows:

• Top 3 overall M/F
• Top 3 overall Masters M/F 
  
• Overall Grand Masters M/F
• Overall Sr. Masters M/F
• M/F Age Group awards as follows
• 5 & Under
• 6 & 7 years
• 8 & 9 years
• 10 & 11 years
• 12 & 14 years
• 15-19 years
• 20-24 years and every 5 years through 75+ 

Race Shirts (we have some options this year):

• Short Sleeve Tech (ladies sizes too)
• Ladies can swap out for a Racer Back Tank
• Upgrade to a Long Sleeve Cotton
• Purchase an additional shirt

Short sleeve tech or Ladies racer back tanks are included in the 5K registration.  Fun Run participants will have the option to purchase a shirt.

Special Awards & Cool stuff

We've got loads of opportunities to walk away with some bling!

• Award to the Fastest team (3 members or more)
• Award to the Best Dressed...so if you want to come in superhero attire, we'll be looking for you
• Award to the human accompanying the Best Dressed Dog

SUPER HEROES ALLIANCE IS CONFIRMED!!  THEY'LL BE AT THE RACE AND READY FOR PICTURES.

Five Star Championships & Turkey Trot

• All participants will automatically qualify for FREE entry into the Five Star Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot.

• Top finishers will also have the opportunity to earn a spot in the championships held in December. The number of spots available is based on the total registration...see event website for details.

Event Courtesy & Refund Policy

Our events are designed to be fun and for the entire family. With that in mind any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.

The event will be held rain or shine, all registrations are final.  We're sorry, but there are no transfers, deferments, or refunds.
