Join us on Sunday, September 29, 2019, at Lift Bridge Brewing Company for the first annual Run, Bike & BELCH!

Want to run a 5K or 10K? We've got either one! Want to bike 25 or 50 miles?  We have you covered!  Want to run a 5K or 10K, and then bike 25 or 50 miles? We've got that too! Want to enjoy a FREE beer when you finish? Yup, we've got that too!

This unique event, brought you by Meet the Monster Athletics, Lift Bridge Brewing Company and BELCH features both running and cycling events. Athletes can chose to participate in the 5K run only, 10K run only, 25 mile bike only, 50 mile bike only, or you can make it a combo platter by choosing the 5K run with a bike ride of 25 or 50 miles, or a 10K run with a 25 or 50 mile bike ride.

Participants in all registration categories will receive a TShirt, snacks, goodies, and most importantly FREE beer! Participants who finish both a run and a bike ride will receive everything above, as well as a finishers medal that is sure to make your neighbors jealous.

Register by September 17th to guarantee a T-shirt! 

After the run and/or bike ride, stick around and enjoy Lift Bridge's award winning beer, have a bite from the food truck, play some games and enjoy some music, because at 2:00pm in Lift Bridge's front yard is the start of  the First Annual Minnesota Beer Mile State Championships! www.BeerMileStateChampionship.com

Event details and schedule


5k and 10k check in will begin at 6:30am

The 5K and 10K runs will start at 7:30am.

The bike rides will have a rolling start between 8:00am and 9:00am.

5K results will be held at about 8:15am

10K results will be held at about 8:45am


The 5K run course will be a single loop around Stillwater

The 10K run course will be a double loop of the 5k course.  Maps will be released soon!

The 25 mile bike ride will have one rest stop and the 50 mile route will have two rest stops.  Maps will be released soon!
